Tracy Lawless is the Research and Outreach Specialist for Health Care for Health Care Workers Pennsylvania. She is responsible for research, advocacy, and outreach for HCHCW’s work in Southwestern Pennsylvania. She also helps raise awareness of the need for better health care coverage for direct-care workers. Tracy has worked as a legislative consultant advocating for biomedical research funding and policy.

Simone Baer is the Pennsylvania Community Organizer for the PHI Health Care for Health Care Workers campaign. She works closely with Pennsylvania Campaign Director Tracy Lawless to support grassroots efforts to raise public awareness about and advocate reform for the lack of health coverage for direct-care workers in the commonwealth. Her work includes organizing public events and candidate forums throughout the western part of the state; helping to document employer, worker and consumer experiences/stories with the health care system; and coordinating electoral, legislative and educational activities.

Francine Fineman is the Pennsylvania Practice Specialist for PHI, HCHCW’s parent organization. She works closely with provider, worker, and consumer partners to develop training and workplace practices designed to improve the quality of direct-care jobs throughout Pennsylvania.
