Dozens of significant provisions have been implemented already, including small business tax credits (pdf), the Medicare beneficiary drug rebate, the reinsurance program for retiree coverage, the pre-existing condition insurance plans (pdf), the coverage of children up to age 26 on their parents’ plans (pdf), and many more.
