The following testimony was given by certified nursing assistant Cindy R. at a press conference held at the Iowa state capitol in January 2005. She added the postscript ten months later, after her husband passed away.
Good morning all! I’m a direct-care worker and a member of the Iowa Caregiver’s Advisory Council.
